Reservations will close on April 3, 2025, and after that, refunds will be unavailable see cancellation policy below:
Cancellation:
Full refund less a $35.00 credit card processing fee of the purchase price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given 4 weeks prior to the start of the event. All cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the start of the event will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.
Events and venues may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
